Beware of Canvas tents that have a coating applied to make them waterproof. Real Canvas tents are not coated and are inherently waterproof. Real Canvas will allow moistere and heat to pass through the weave leaving your tent dry and cool. Make sure to find out what you are buying before being unpleasantly surprised.
