Chalkydigits is a true pioneer in the field of producing quirky, high-quality lifestyle wear in New Zealand.
At ten years strong, we are so proud of how far we have come, and we can’t wait to see what creative juiciness the next decade brings! From our lofty birthplace in the mountainous region of Wanaka, chalkydigits is now firmly established in the hearts and minds of those who love our gear and admire our values. Based in the Garden City of Christchurch, our reach extends the whole length of the country and even to a few hotspots in the land of Oz.
 
This is something you repeatedly asked for and now you can have it – we aim to please you, our friendly chalkydigits community. You’ll have to get in quick, though, as our styles are all still very limited to keep things fresh and original.

We love to tell our stories of what it means to be a kiwi living in paradise. We do this by designing original, high quality wearable art that is inspired by and reflective of our unique culture and land.

NZ made and proud of it
By keeping it local we ensure that opportunities and skills are always available for the people of our nation. Our carbon footprint is smaller too, and our range gets an extra infusion of kiwi-ness. As conscious and caring folk, we know you understand how important this is for our future.
Sustainable Practises and Materials: We use ethical, traceable and organic fibres and source material close to home as much as possible. We aim to be conscious of our environment at work, and conscious of our work in the environment!

looking after our land
We wholeheartedly support the preservation of biodiversity on our planet, which is why we love to help protect our native species. We have successfully restored the South Island robin to Chalky Island and now, with your help, we want to initiate more conservation projects.

We feel so privileged to live, work and play in this lovely land and giving something back is important to us – the best bit is that you can all jump on board too!
